Stuttgart. 19 September 2012. The Regional Court of Braunschweig today dismissed actions for damages against Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Stuttgart, in the two cases (5 O 1110/11 and 5 O 2894/11). The plaintiffs in the two cases filed claims for damages totaling around 4.7 million euro.
